Two-Finned Blunas are a very social breed of dragon, living in packs of dragons called “pods.” Blunas are very curious and playful creatures and several dragons in a pod will often “play” with one other, chasing each other around, tossing seaweed back and forth, and riding ocean swells. They are occasionally seen swimming alongside whales and dolphins.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

The dragons in Stargazer's group say he has a face only a mother could love, but since he was abandoned at a young age, apparently this is not so. He's dull in color, with a short snout and prominent underbite, and they named him Stargazer because of his bulging eyes that give him a better view of things above him without having to turn his head. Because he's a fairly slow swimmer and when alone, can only catch creatures with bursts of speed, he is tasked with strategy and future planning in his group. The only women who've expressed interest in him during mating season are dragons of different breeds, including some bookish land dwellers.
