Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Avery just loves to dance, regardless of what type or the location where she is dancing. From a young age Avery loved the idea of ballet, frequently copying moves she saw from a human village, but as she learned more she began to use her wings in order to make her moves more impressive and complex. But even then she wasn't done, as Avery began to branch out into ballroom dancing, where she would twist and turn her body rhythmically to the music that played on within her head. There is little music in the caves, as instruments are complex, and a dragon's roar is not a good tune to dance too, so Avery uses nature as her orchestra, and dances to its tune. She will hum along in her head, trying to match her dance perfectly to the ditty that she is imagining, and the majority of her life is spent dedicated to this art, either practicing herself of teaching other dragons of its beauty. Avery's first love will always be dancing, and for this reason she dances solo.
