Neotropical Dragons are a breed that originate in rainforests. They are fun-loving and enjoy lounging on tree branches, eating whatever fruit they find. They are also often found sunning themselves on rocks, using their large wings to soak up the rays. In the summer, males compete for mates by showing off their striped wings and gliding in spirals down the tree trunks. It is said that the larger the wings, the more likely the male will attract a suitable mate.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

When people say that Death Ogre is arguably the most important dragon in the Madder Jungle, that isn't actually a title. There is actual debate as to whether she or Bananucleotide is more important.

When Bananucleotide went to Seven Questions University to study under Dr. wzDNA, everyone called her mad. She laughed maniacally in response (after all, she minored in maniacal laughter). Nobody saw value in a "soul-ar code". But, upon her return with a degree, Bananucleotide started the Madder Jungle Banana Germplasm Repository, where she grows countless varieties of banana so that, in the event of a potential plant plague, she will have some herbs that are immune. After all, if bananas go extinct, so will the neotropical population that is monomaniacally obsessed with the fruit. Bananucleotide also develops new varieties with exciting characteristics like straightness or ones that stay crunchy in milk. The latter are a tourist novelty, since herbivorous dragons don't usually eat milk.
