Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

To the humans, he is only known by his pen name, "Acacia Dawn Castor". He may be his network's armored messenger and expected to enlist during times of conflict, but he's a writer at heart. The dragons don't understand his literary interests and don't recognize his made-up name, so he took his skills to the various human-populated settlements and divisions. There, his work sees a little more attention and has some buyers, though they insist on doing the transaction as quietly as possible for some reason. Maybe they are just wary of the black dragon, even though Acacia has zero ill intentions and only wants to tell his tales. The noted Jovial Critic took the time to read and review one of his stories, describing it as maudlin, cloying, mawkish... but the author has a lot of potential! Acacia doesn't know what any of those words mean, though it sounded like a compliment and he's honored that this story was reviewed.
