Hellfire Wyverns are so named for their foul tempers and fiery visages. Their social structure places all females above all males, due to superior physical characteristics and violent dispositions. Forced subservience of the males causes them to become vicious, petty, antisocial, and passive-aggressive compared to the aggressive and social females. However, orphaned hatchlings raised by foster parents of another species can develop surprisingly even tempers and mellow dispositions, proving that their defining unpleasant nature is, in fact, a learned behavior.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

When she doesn't get her way or just finds someone obnoxious, Science Juice threatens to splash some so-called science juice onto the perpetrator and "do science" at them. Normally, she can do science just fine, but the juice makes it much, much easier. Only a very foolish or highly prepared individual would demand her to demonstrate this science. "Science juice" is, in fact, petroleum, and the "science" it allows Science Juice to do more easily is set targets alight. While she frequently threatens people this way, it is not just for self satisfaction—she seems to actually enjoy eating meat with a bit of crude oil on it, like gravy on a roast turkey. Science Juice does not hoard shiny rocks and minerals like a lot of dragons, but she is violently protective of her petroleum spring and the dirt-and-shale "cave" she built around it to mark it as hers.
