Striped Dragons come in a dazzling array of colors complemented by an intricate pattern of stripes. These bright colors and patterns help attract their favorite food, insects. Because their prey is so tiny, striped dragons must spend a large portion of their day eating. The color of the offspring is usually determined by the dragon’s mate.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

When Lamashtu—Child of Demons, an evil stripe, hooked up with Haggis the Fearsome, the meanest beast in the land, the demon tribe expected the resulting child to be a perfectly horrible, evil little girl. No one's quite sure where things went wrong.

It began innocuously enough. Like most kids, Rabasa loved to bring her mother gifts. Sadly, they were things like live flowers, poems, or cantrips that produced fireworks instead of death illusions. Lamashtu gave Rabasa over to the temple when it became obvious that she wasn't showing signs of evilness. The priests drilled nightmares into her head, declaring her cured when she graduated with honors. Rabasa promptly disappeared, and it was rumored that she sought the angels for their side of the story. When she came back with a half-angelic egg, her mother was forced to ban her from the clan. Rabasa lives in hiding with her child, having been marked for death when the clan learned she was raising Angel as a healer, of all things.
