Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Enshag is the firstborn of Belit-ili and Shulpae. He mostly takes after his mother. From her he inherited his strength, green scales, and his gruff nature. Enshag has his father's claws, eyes, and ambition. Once he puts his mind to something, there is no way to sway his decision. Perhaps that's more his mother's stubbornness than his father's ambition... Anyways, Enshag also holds his mother's skill at sculpting. If he had wanted to, Enshag could carve a life-sized butterfly with a single claw, leaving out not a single detail. It's because of his major talent with rocks that's made Tafnairatrix, his mother's apprentice, so jealous of him. The two grew up like siblings, and to this day they are still seen squabbling.
