Silver Dragons are arguably one of the most beautiful types of dragons. They live in high altitude habitats such as mountains. Male Silvers hunt and eat meat. While not as beautiful or radiant as females, silver males possess better physical attributes, such as strength.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Shrill Jupiter, as the first Silver male borne to the clan, is known by most as 'The Argent Prince'; he considers this title stuffy and silly and insists on being called Jupiter instead.

Unlike his modest and humble parents, Jupiter loves being in the spot-light more than anything, especially if it involves flirtatiously and shamelessly courting with the more dashing of young females, despite the fact that he is happily mated to the courteous Albino, I Don't Wish Vainly.  Possessing a valiant and noble nature, Jupiter is without a doubt the most popular male of the clan; females wish he would cast aside Wish for them, and males bare their fangs and nip at him out of jealousy -- or simply because he wooed their mates.

Despite his womanising, however, Jupiter cares deeply for Wish, and always puts her and their offspring before anything else.
