Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. While most often helpful, it easily gets upset and sulky.

And look! It has grown wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Stockroom resides in the stockroom of the Golf Gulf Grotto Store. Her parents, the store owners, care about their tercorn ward, but they're not very creative when it comes to thinking of names. She enjoys singing, and during business hours that coincide with low tide, she fills her room with her voice. She is complimented on the pleasant sound and upbeat tempo, but her lyrics follow no meter and concern practical matters: one, two, three, four, four sacks of seaweed. Put things in their place, put put put things in their place, top shelf, second shelf from top, top shelf, top shelf, bottom shelf. Though initially dismayed, her parents accept that she doesn't intend to help out at the store for much longer and wants to travel more. They're glad that on top of her skill in song, she has lots of hobbies and is an avid practitioner of water magic, so she likely won't have trouble finding a job or something to do once she leaves the Gulf.
