Mimic Pygmies seem quite harmless during the day with their impish grins. However, at dusk they show their true nature, drawing on Death mana to imitate the voices of the dead, using their mimicry to lure the unsuspecting into an ambush. Once drawn into the circle of their colony, Mimic dragons will attack in a swarm, disabling their victim then settling down to lap up the welling blood from their still-living prey.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Pygmy dragons are the smallest category of dragons, being on the same scale as domesticated animals. They are often found around concentrated populations of dragons, relying on their larger brethren to ward away potential predators and leave scraps. As such, the majority of a pygmy’s diet is scavenged. Due to their tiny size, pygmies do not breed with larger varieties of dragons.

User Description

Mimic Pumpkin likes to mimic a pumpkin. That's why he's sometimes colored orange and green, and to this day, his mom still sniffs and shakes her head at him learning a color changing spell only for this purpose. He tried to just be named Pumpkin, but nobody in his colony thought he was a very good pumpkin, so they decided he still needed to be called Mimic. He's an okay team member during hunts. Despite not behaving in the proper manner, his pumpkin mimicry has still managed to lure prey, by causing careless wanderers to stop and peer at this tiny, strangely colored object on a low branch, and that's the perfect moment for the rest of the group to descend. Mimic Pumpkin is only a tad upset that he can't find out whether the target thought he really was a pumpkin or not, since it's too busy struggling and screaming to answer his question. He usually doesn't partake in the feast since, like a pumpkin, he says, the only stuff in his belly should be pumpkin pulp and pumpkin seeds.
