Black Tea Dragons have small scent glands on the underside of their wing arm that release a pleasant scent. Though many creatures enjoy being in the vicinity of Black Tea dragons, the scent is intended to draw in swarms of butterflies. Though Black Tea dragons are full sized dragons, these insects are the mainstay of their diet.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Roberson is slow to understand new concepts and unable to remember a few steps of a process at a time. She's not the shiniest jewel in the hoard, but she has enough smarts to survive on her own and not fall for obvious traps. Though comfortable in her desert home and appreciative of the fun and games here, she likes to leave and head to "the city", a settlement whose name she cannot remember but is home to the Verst City Music Hall and Grand Verst Theatre. These two venues are home to some of the greatest performance entertainment the city has to offer, and Roberson is willing to butt heads with other guests just to ensure she gets a ticket to a new show. The only thing she doesn't like about them is certain advertisements they play before shows and during intermission, the kind accompanied by little songs that get stuck in her head for days.
