White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Spencer Mouski is a very calm, soothing dragon that is the only child that his mother, Sophie Mouski, got to name after herself. Spencer's mother is unable to breed with her husband, Shade Ark so he isn't truly related to the man who raised him. However, Shade is fine with this and was like a father to Spencer since he was born. Rose Ark, Shade's legitimate daughter, is like Spencer's sister. They are a loving family, but the fact that they aren't truly related bothers Spencer sometimes, like when he remembers that Rose could technically breed with him. This actually gives him nightmares.
