Sinii Krai Dragons are known for their love of fish and their strong personalities. They are able to travel both in the air and in the water with their unique tails. They live on the coast in groups of ten or more and are fiercely territorial. Sinii Krai Dragons are nearly impossible to tame if not obtained at an early age. Great care must be taken around them as their skin is highly poisonous after maturity.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Due to the poisonous and territorial nature of the species, Neon, as the eldest of his species, became the patriarch of his clan's Sinii Krai population, which manages itself and avoids other dragons of the clan. He is hot-headed and brash, though righteously so, as he is also wise and quick-thinking. Though he may seem overconfident, he's usually right, much to the annoyance of those who dislike him. As is expected of his species, he is a fiercely territorial leader, and his Sinii Krai allies have their own small land claim within their clan's larger territory.
