Mint colored dragons are the most peaceful of all dragons; they only eat plants unless they scavenge meat from an already dead animal. They also have no ways to attack others or defend themselves. They are much smaller than other forms of dragons since they only double in size when they mature. Mint dragons are unable to use magic and cannot fly since they lack wings. Their looks have given rise to the common insult of calling dragons “large lizards.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Mentha Verdant, wanting a better life for his fellow dragons, shyly approached his friends, Lapis Ocean Sky, Dark Rebellion and Dark Paris, rough and tumble young hatchies. Abandoned closest to Mentha's cave, they were of brave hearts and kind natures. Liking Mentha's ideas, they traveled far, until finding an empty valley perfect for Mentha's plan. Open at the western end to the sea, connecting by a river to a deep lake between the granite mountains at the eastern end, they named the valley Verdant over Mentha's objections, because his drive found them this lush new home. Paris and Rebellion took caves in the northern ridge. Lapis settled in the lake. Mentha planted his garden, a haven for eggs and hatchies. Other dragons arrived, raised families, bringing eggs for his care. Another Mint arrived, looked at Mentha and he knew. Introducing himself, she shyly smiled, "In you, I see my true future. I am Mentha Verdana." Together to this day, they lovingly tend the Mint Garden of Verdant.
