Nhiostrife Wyverns are one of the few known breeds of wyvern with more than one set of wings. Because of their four wings, Nhiostrifes are very nimble in the air and control their movements with ease. When it’s mating season, males put on a very beautiful and unique air dance in an attempt to charm a female. The amount of stripes on their wings vary, with more stripes being more attractive, although most have only two to four. Their general attitude is very passive and curious—they only fight if they or their families are in danger.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Mi' is lovably dimwitted, though most dragons believe she is only merely acting like a dimwit. She wears a vacant smile and faraway look in her eyes, and she says her favorite activity is looking at grass and leaves wiggle in the wind. She likes to lie on the ground alone and in the open and chirp to herself. It should be really easy for bigger creatures to attack and eat her, yet all potential predators are conveniently absent, or when the intelligent ones are interviewed, they have all kinds of reasons why they won't or can't prey on the supposedly easy prey. There are rumors that Mi' actually harnesses advanced magic techniques that can warp perceptions, but there's not a lot of evidence for this aside from old records from the local School saying she got good marks in magic classes. She is particular about the spelling of her name, since her teachers and peers at School often missed the apostrophe. She can tell whether an apostrophe is included when others address her by name.
