Striped Dragons come in a dazzling array of colors complemented by an intricate pattern of stripes. These bright colors and patterns help attract their favorite food, insects. Because their prey is so tiny, striped dragons must spend a large portion of their day eating. The color of the offspring is usually determined by the dragon’s mate.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
Troi has long been obsessed with carving, shaping and moulding the wooden scraps he finds lying deserted on the woodcutters table into toys. While these beautiful toys and sculptures are designed for hatchlings, not one youngster has ever touched one, as Troi fears their destruction so much that he won't let anyone touch them, shielding them possessively away from the outside world. It has been pointed out numerous times that the wooden creatures are so well constructed they would be near impossible to unintentionally break, but like a mother over her eggs, Troi guards his artwork. His favourite piece is a wooden horse, which stands on a pedestal above a hoard of wooden creatures below. Based loosely on a horse dragon he once loved, each flick of the mane is as intricately carved as a tri-horn egg, and it is polished to the shine like that of a lumina scale, with each gear and cog that makes it move oiled to the level of a healthy waterhorse.
