Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Lurkerous loves to lurk in the darkness of night. She hides in the sky when its pitch black out. She is also the head guard of the Dragons of the Cave. As head guard she soars through the skies in search of intruders. Another one of her many duties is when there is a break-in she has to fly to the scene immediately in cause a fight breaks out. She loves her job because it requires her to sneak around and go through special training courses to make sure she is up to date on the newest fighting techniques. Also another perk of her job is to train the newbies. She loves to hang out with her class and teach them the ways of warfare.
