Khusa dragons thrive in dry, desolate, and rocky areas. Though they can fly, Khusa enjoy honing their climbing skills on foot. Shortly after they hatch, parents are already teaching their young how to pick their way across cliff faces, escarpments, and thin ridges. The young are well cared for by their parents, but other Khusa in the area also look out for the young—despite not forming close-knit groups, these dragons form loose alliances with their closest neighbors. If a threat is spotted, they will attack from above and drive it to the ground where Khusa have an advantage.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Nosiness was named for her nose: large and sharp, it's more like a beak than a nose, but his caretakers around the lake, having soft and blunt snouts, hadn't seen a dragon like him before. He's all right with "Nosiness", which has a nice ring to it, and he's certain that if he were named as an adolescent, he'd be called "Feathery", which is a stupid name. A dragon who usually keeps to himself, he seldom goes to others to start a conversation, and he's too embarrassed to ask for help with anything. People have found him idling in front of a wall, lying in a ditch, tangled in shrubbery, and involved in other situations where he insisted he was there on purpose. He has a reputation as an eccentric who just likes hanging out in strange places. Everyone in the area knows where Nosiness lives because he's the only dragon who would tow boulders out of the lakebed and pile into a rocky nest. The formation is hidden among trees, but the tracks he created have not yet eroded away.
