Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It’s hard to see it in the dark, except for the glowing eyes.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Take It to the Limit and the other little-ones in training are still very young, but many are already concerned about what they're "naturally" talented at and what they will do in the future. One is the best at magic, one is the best at humming a fugue, one is the best at sprinting, and so on. Take It to the Limit isn't good at anything, but she's the best at trying. She has an eye-twinkling cheeriness that the others don't have.
