Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Verdantia is the Towa clan's Earth Mother. She is compassionate to all of nature and its creatures, even humans. She refuses to eat meat and only eats plants and the occasional bird's egg. At first glance, she would not appear to have inherited her mother Shamroc's fierce temper, but the sight of Mother Nature in pain lights a match deep inside Verdantia, and she would kill to protect the natural world that all dragons, creatures, and humans inhabit today.
