Sociable and small, Glowback Pygmies are very caring towards other pygmies’ young. They tend to be nocturnal, lazing in the sun or resting in the treetops during the day, while at night they dance in the dark, their backs glowing brightly due to a bioluminescent chemical they produce in the hair-like growths on their backs. These hairs may shine in many colors; some individuals hold a solid shade across their back, while most gleam with a multitude of different hues. They have a love for shiny objects, often taking them back to their nest and leaving something from their home tree in return.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Pygmy dragons are the smallest category of dragons, being on the same scale as domesticated animals. They are often found around concentrated populations of dragons, relying on their larger brethren to ward away potential predators and leave scraps. As such, the majority of a pygmy’s diet is scavenged. Due to their tiny size, pygmies do not breed with larger varieties of dragons.

User Description

Nunez is a member of the "Action Group", a club of sorts that was initially formed on a lark. Years later, it is a genuine club with a registration and contains a lot of esteemed dragons with memorable achievements to their names. Nunez joined the club after providing intel during a sting operation in his community and later traveling away to co-write a constitution. Bummer that the state for which it was developed was conquered by its neighbor 14 months later, but Nunez had nothing to do with that. Although the organization's badge he was given is bigger than his head, he carries it to meetings because it's bright and shiny. A copy of the constitution he penned is displayed in his lair, which annoys his housemates a little because it's large, containing 54 articles and 3 amendments and each sheet's length thrice his sitting height, but they know he's proud of his achievement and Action Group membership, so they don't grumble too much about it.
