Le Fesli'a is a deserter of LBD's Chicken Army. She was supposed to be out spying on Rubber Space Chicken but got caught up in his amusing antics and instead decided to follow him back to the Space Chicken Alliance. He seemed nice enough and there was nothing threatening about him. She also knew there was a chicken prisoner back at their camp and she wanted to see if she could negotiate a release of the prisoner.

Le Fesli'a originally grew up with Spisa Jipci,a member of the SPA. Their training pulled them away from each other. They had been close friends at one time, however, they had a hard time finding time to play in between spy training, school, flock time, and flight simulations. Leaving the army to follow Rubber Space Chicken is her only hope of meeting back up with her old friend, and to hopefully save another chicken in distress.
