White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Maddari is the gifted daughter of Alae Vita, the Tribe's most notable Healer. Having started Healing at a very young age, Maddari spent most of her time learning from her mother. Her mother's passion for helping other dragons and animals passed onto her, and thus Maddari's relationships with other dragons is strained. She's socially awkward when she is not interacting with patients, and the only dragons whom she feels comfortable with at all times are her mother and fellow White Dragons.
