White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

"Alae vita" quite literally translates to "wings of life". Alae has saved many lives in her few years. Being a considerably young adult dragon, she is already considered an experienced healer and magic-maker in the Tribe. Most of her time and energy is spent in her cave where she sleeps alone, experimenting and helping other animals with their wounds. If it weren't for her Tribe, she probably wouldn't take the time to eat or even resurface from her cave for days.

Alae has formed a unique bond with Mortuusa. Being one of the dragons that saved Mortuusa from near death, she stayed by Mortuusa's side almost every moment she was sick. The two aren't normal friends like Nescius and Dreaming's Betrayal, but somehow they understand one another better than most friends though they rarely talk.
