Two-Finned Blunas are a very social breed of dragon, living in packs of dragons called “pods.” Blunas are very curious and playful creatures and several dragons in a pod will often “play” with one other, chasing each other around, tossing seaweed back and forth, and riding ocean swells. They are occasionally seen swimming alongside whales and dolphins.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Sonar is a generally melancholy dragon. His mother was a sick Skywing with a frail body that slowly degraded over time. She married the kind and wonderful, Coelacanth, and had two other hatchlings before him: Kailani and Oarfish. But, after Sonar, her body had reached its limit, and she died laying his egg. This definitely affected his family, and, though his father still cared for him, there has always been a distance between them. Sonar has lived with the subtle feeling that everyone thinks he killed his mother. He doesn't know how much they believe it, but he knows it's present. So, Sonar himself is very reserved and quiet, kind of giving into his guilt and not feeling worthy of speaking most of the time. He tries hard to comfort his family and help them through their grief, but that feeling always gets in the way. So, he usually takes to swimming off on his own, disappearing into the ocean to think and find some peace of mind and find his way out of such a negative headspace.
