Two-Finned Blunas are a very social breed of dragon, living in packs of dragons called “pods.” Blunas are very curious and playful creatures and several dragons in a pod will often “play” with one other, chasing each other around, tossing seaweed back and forth, and riding ocean swells. They are occasionally seen swimming alongside whales and dolphins.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Reverb is quiet and reserved like his father, Sonar. He detects a lot of the shame and sadness his father carries around since their family blames him for the death of his mother. In this right, Reverb seeks to comfort and support his father, but, unlike his mother, Beach, he is far less adept at knowing how to do that. Though generally socially active (he is still a Bluna), Reverb is kind of horrible at reading others. He has a difficult time discerning unspoken emotions and reading the room in general, meaning he often says and does things that are very uncalled for. He has been working on improving such skills with Beach and his other family, but it's obvious he still has a long way to go. Reverb is not against social interaction. In fact, compared to his father, he is far more socially active. But, like anyone, he still has troubles and can't always fix said troubles on his own. He wants to treat everyone with deserved kindness, but can't always figure out how to express it.
