Nebula Dragons are nocturnal creatures. With the best eyesight to be found, they are often seen staring into space. Each dragon tends to observe a particular nebula and will eventually change their colors and patterns to match it. As the nebula changes over time, the dragon changes with it. The more intricate the design of the nebula, the better chance an individual has of attracting a mate. It is said that the markings on no two Nebula Dragons will be exactly the same.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

"Look at the purple nebulas", everyone had always said. "The purple nebulas are the way to happiness." Yet Zoffie could hardly drag his eyes away from the beauty of the green nebulas, spiralling around the night sky. He knew he wasn't supposed to mimic those drifting emerald beauties on his starry skin, but the dull purple auras held no love for him. He knew that if he turned purple he would be married to Aurora, oh! How he wished to turn purple, as he truly loved everything about the graceful embodiment of elegance. Maybe it was his selfish nature, or maybe it was his devotion to his true love in the night sky, but he stared endlessly at the jaded dust clouds, turning his gaze to purple ones only when someone came to watch him. It came of little surprise, but endless regret, when he turned green. He could no longer be with Aurora, and Zoffie felt guilty, so guilty, for something that was unavoidable. So now he stares at the hated purple nebulas, hoping it's not too late to change.
