Radiant Angel Dragons are known for their intuition—they always seem to know when someone is feeling down, and will do what they can to provide cheer. These dragons are curious and will poke their noses into anything. They communicate with one another by making sounds similar to singing. It is said that the golden feathers shed from their whiskers can rekindle lost feelings of love.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Spradiant Angel is insane and likes mathematics. Contrary to popular belief, one is not caused by the other. Many dragons avoid math so they won't possibly wind up like him. It is said that Spradiant Angel is the descendant of gods, at least a second cousin twice removed. They bestowed their knowledge to him, but perhaps they miscalculated because he was unable to comprehend the vast complexity of their gifts. Lots of denizens of Green Complex Complex, especially his neighbors, think he's a pretty fine guy as he is, and they bring their math problems and theories in need of proof to him. He's also great at saying complimentary things, which always cheers them up. Some of them get violently angry when the red-hatted healer of Green Complex Complex tries to visit to treat him because she's most certainly only here to take away their math-doing, cheer-upper guy from them.
