Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Pyrrhic Hipster's name was the result of a miscommunication, and now, it's tenaciously stuck with him since. His caretakers signed him up for school as a Pyrrhichios, and perhaps the administration had never encountered his breed before, so they got it wrong. There's a fee for changing the records that only the rich dragons could afford, so the mistake remains. Pyrrhic Hipster hopes to start a band soon, and he believes if he works on making music, it won't be long before he is known for being a musician instead of being the orange boy with the weird name.
