Welcome to Dragon Cave! Dragon Cave is an online adoptables game. Collect eggs, raise them to adulthood, and then breed them to create interesting lineages. New dragons are added regularly!
Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
There Will be Time took jCogl on a tour of the Nworset Clock Tower one Christmas, and she was fascinated by the massive time-mana-infused gears she saw there. Ever since, she has been working on dances that incorporate gear-like rotation and loud, regular wingbeats that reflect the ticking that echoed through the tower. She lives in the Northern Spires, far to the east-northeast of Nworset, but regularly returns to visit the clock tower because all the other clock-towers she has visited have timepieces operated purely by magic, or by weights and pulleys that do not grind and tick. If she was worldly enough to have money, she would buy some time crystals and hire a pygmy to build a working model of the Nworset Clock Tower for her weyr; but alas, any money she makes is spent on Christmas gifts for her many friends.
