Electric Dragons wield electricity with great prowess. Bright sparks race across these dragons’ bodies in a dazzling dance of light, complemented by the blindingly radiant sparks on their tails. Using their bellies and manes as stores for this electrical energy, Electric Dragons wield crackling magic, stunning and electrocuting their prey with a whip of their tail. During mating season it is typically those with the most brilliant sparks—an indicator of strength and hunting ability—that are drawn to each other.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Tesialica is part on the Clan of Storme. She was found as an abandoned egg a few months after the ancient wars, and is now one of the oldest dragons in the clan. She was never able to create powerful lightning, and never in her long years wanted any as a mate, nor been wanted by another. She uses what little electricity she has with great prowess, and is renowned for being skilled with shock-therapy, massages, and acupuncture. Several have sought to become her apprentice, but all have after initial trials proven to be unsuitable for various reasons.
