Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

George, considered by others to be a bit eccentric, is a master trader. However, unlike most who do business with sharp traders, those who deal with George tend to think they received the best deal in the world. For George trades in many exotic items and foodstuffs, and he can almost always find something his perspective trading partner values highly which he obtained for far less. For George will willingly fly from one end of the explored territories to the other in search of a deal, bringing exotic items to one area and trading it for items which, while common there, are exotic elsewhere.  

So, his trading partners get something they value highly for that which is common for them, other trading partners elsewhere get something they value highly, and George gets more gold and gems for his horde. Everyone wins, so everyone is very happy. Though George is usually weary from traveling.
