Seasonal Dragons take on the characteristics of the season during which they are born. Thus, eggs that are laid in spring match the pink flowers and green buds of spring, and those that are laid in the summer grow to depict the bright green of the forest trees and the yellow of the sun. Eggs laid in autumn display the bright colors of leaves falling from trees, and those that are laid during winter take on the appearance of the icy snow.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Here Comes The Rain Again, who prefers just being called "Rainy", has always loved water. She feels that it loves her too, because why else would want to make her so happy. It fuels her body, and Rainy always tends to get thirsty quicker than other Seasonal dragons because she is almost always wet and her body adapted to this lifestyle. The water's gentle lap soothes her body, mind and soul altogether. Water is always filled with delicious fish and other creatures, which Rainy loves to chase after. Swimming is the perfect exercise in her opinion, where it's unlikely to get overheated. As a hatching, she would often leave the nest and wander off to find water. Her parents teased her for this, claiming that she was in love with water and that it was probably her mate. After all, it was a bit uncanny for a land dragon to live like a sea dragon. Rainy shakes off all insults she received, and even pities everyone else who doesn't know the wonders of water.
