Daydream Dragons are the hosts of daydreams and fantasies. They spend the majority of their time sitting on clouds, dropping daydreams down into the minds of people passing by. Humans who live near Daydream Dragons must be especially careful not to let their thoughts wander, or they could end up spending hours or even days in a trance-like waking dream state.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Adaralt will do almost anything but what she is supposed to do. Endlessly procrastinating, she will waste away her time on fruitless endeavours, even though she knows full well that she needs to be working towards her goals in later life. Her lack of motivation confuses her greatly, as while she knows her dream and where she wants to go in life, she has to force herself to do any work at all, while she finds it easy to fly around the villages watching cats do funny things all day long. Having planned her life out since the moment she hatched, she cannot help but wonder if she chose the wrong path, and she constantly tries to convince herself otherwise, yet doubts still occur. The certainty of knowing where she wanted to go always comforted her while others panicked, yet looking back she wonders if she simply took the easy option out. Part of her wants to leave dealing with the problem until she is older, more mature, but then it might be too late.
