Welcome to Dragon Cave! Dragon Cave is an online adoptables game. Collect eggs, raise them to adulthood, and then breed them to create interesting lineages. New dragons are added regularly!
Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
Figuring that the winter months tend to involve hungrier people, Festivus Dinner always introduces herself by saying, "I am Festivus Dinner. Please do not eat me." The handful of individuals who were tempted to make a meal out of her are stopped by her warm disposition and somewhat pathetic introduction, though many others are not fooled by her self-effacing thoughts, which belie a clever dragon with powerful magic. Still, most people greatly enjoy her company, and the denizens of towns and cave networks she visits year after year look forward to seeing her. Many dragons wonder if Festivus Dinner has a partner, since she's always seen traveling alone. Some of the males give her hungry looks behind her back, "feasting on the eye candy", as the humans say. Festivus Dinner is a gorgeous, intelligent, and kindhearted dragon, perfect mate material—they would love to eat her.
