Ghanser Dragons are a small but extremely mischievous breed of dragon found in marshes, swamps, and ponds. Their two heads are active and gluttonous, searching any crevices or rocks they come across for food. They are omnivores that will eat shellfish, crustaceans, bugs, fruits, taproots, tubers, and soft leaves and grasses. Ghanser defend themselves from would-be predators with short-range precognitive abilities: they can see predators approaching before it actually happens, and avoid them entirely. This also means that when they come across human settlements, they cause trouble whenever they know they won’t be caught.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Two-headed dragons are unique enough to deserve a separate classification from ordinary dragons. They have two necks, two brains, two mouths, but one stomach and one main body. The two heads usually work together, but there are times when they will fight each other, snapping back and forth. Their unique anatomy prevents them from breeding with single-headed dragons.

User Description

Small and Mischievous lives by a pond with a Mistlet Pygmy clan, without their permission, but none of the members really object too strongly. The precognitive powers are a bit annoying when the dragon wants to do pranks, but they're extremely useful for detecting dangers and helping clan members stay out of trouble. Small has slightly shorter horns and is more easily bored than Mischievous, and Mischievous likes floppy hats and will sometimes really insist on going somewhere to get a new hat. Both heads are principled, aggressively so. Once they believe something, they agree on it together and will not back down from that opinion. Many of the Mistlets find that attitude occasionally admirable but mostly annoying, though Small and Mischievous is affable enough to be argued with anyway. They might soften their words or realize that arguing is causing too much disharmony and drop the topic, but they won't change their minds.
