Feisty and energetic, Whiptail Dragons pride themselves on their speed and agility. It is not unusual to see several whiptails racing each other. Though fragile, they can easily evade attacks with their superior speed, and often use their long tails as a weapon, giving rise to their name.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Whipper has always prided herself with her speed and agility. She loves to play and race other dragons, including her daughter. The majority of those races she wins and when she does, she often turns an airborne somersault. Her favorite place to sit and sunbathe is on a big flat rock, right by a crystal clear lake. She likes to crack her long tail just in front of another dragon's nose, just to give them a fright!
