Swallowtail Dragons are graceful and quick flyers, much like their namesake bird. They are capable of precise aerial acrobatics, and can reach very high altitudes. Because of this, humans observing these dragons are often astonished at how large they are when confronted up close. A Swallowtail’s diet consists of insects and small mammals plentiful in temperate forests. These dragons are also made remarkable by their paper-thin wing membranes, which allow light to pass through, creating an astonishing effect on starry nights.

RockySwallowtail loves to fly around in the sky whenever he wants to. He knows very well that with all the Gray dragons in the air flying without permission can be dreadfully dangerous. So, in order to fulfill his needs he flies in secret around the FireStar Mountains. All the jagged rocks and mountain peaks hide him from surveying eyes and gives him enough freedom to fly as much as he wants to. He is skittish and easily frightened and intimidated. This causes him to be a weak link in the clan, if anyone wanted information about the clan he belongs to they would get it from him in no time at all.
