Floret Wyverns are an elegant breed, named for the flowerlike mane and tail each individual possesses. They project small fields of magic around themselves that calm those in the field’s proximity, for a short while replacing anxiety and anger with peace-of-mind. Florets are strikingly wise; they often share their knowledge of the world with whomever is willing to listen and learn. They are very faithful to those close to them, and are especially devoted to their partners and young. It is said that the lasting friendship of a Floret is one of the highest testaments to one’s true character.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

If she could, Grass Jelly would spend every hour of the day bathing in flowers. She can easily be identified by her plumage, which is a much darker tone than the usual blue-purple and has a greenish sheen. She likes bitter foods and happily dines on plants that other dragons have deemed disagreeable in taste. Fortunately for her, her strong affinity with Life means she survives poisoning incidents without really learning that she shouldn't eat the thing next time.
