Serrati Wyverns are a fierce breed of dragon typically found in volcanic areas or in desert scrubland. With their keen vision, these fearsome predators can pick out well-camouflauged prey from the slightest movement. They are named for the double rows of serrated teeth that line their beaks, which allow these wyverns to maintain an unbreakable grip on prey while they tear into their target with deadly hooked claws. Though these dragons are combative with nearly everything, they are surprisingly well-mannered when raising their offspring in communal nests. Males, however, tend to be chased off as soon as eggs are laid.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Equs is a vicious and unforgiving guard at his Clan's main caverns. He is often thought of as a 'spy-guard', as he remains camouflaged and hidden rather than standing in an obvious guarding post; law-breakers are often surprised by him suddenly launching at them from out of nowhere.

He is known for his brutal and strict nature; he doesn't take excuses, and will detain creatures for even minor offenses that other guards might just give a warning for. Some finding this annoying, while others appreciate that he works hard to make the territory as safe as possible. The only exception is with other females of his species, who he'll often let off the hook with a sly wink.
