Harvest Dragons are a large, flightless breed most often found in heavily forested mountains. Normally shy, these omnivorous dragons keep to themselves in remote regions, but in the fall they descend from their high territory to search for food—and lots of it. During the autumn months, harvest dragons will eat whatever they can find, from large and small animals to nuts and fruit. In the winter they retreat into large caves and hibernate until spring, living off the fat they have built up.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

She's quite unique for a Harvest, in that she will actively grow her own food. As her name would imply, Plantar is, well, a planter. She helps grow things in the farm on her home island, having educated herself on how to do so. She's pretty smart and intuitive this way, although her more clumsy nature usually has others thinking the opposite. She's an actively social dragon, though her conversation skills are less than adequate. She has a habit of speaking way to fast and frequently, giving no one else a chance to speak. She's very friendly, though, and will do just about anything for a new friend. Even though she's patient about growing her own food, Plantar is still very much a Harvest. As soon as it comes time to harvest the crops, Plantar becomes a voracious animal. Having an equally gluttonous brother, November, Plantar tends to eat very quickly and competitively. The two have a sort of rivalry going on, though it is a friendly one.
