Harvest Dragons are a large, flightless breed most often found in heavily forested mountains. Normally shy, these omnivorous dragons keep to themselves in remote regions, but in the fall they descend from their high territory to search for food—and lots of it. During the autumn months, harvest dragons will eat whatever they can find, from large and small animals to nuts and fruit. In the winter they retreat into large caves and hibernate until spring, living off the fat they have built up.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

A humble, somewhat dopey Harvest Dragon, Harvest quite enjoys the autumn season and the feasts that come with it. Like any Harvest Dragon, he is a glutton by nature, consuming massive amounts of plants and prey to satisfy his appetite before moving to colder climates. He's a friendly guy, though a bit selfish with how protective he can get over his meals. He's by no means violent though, in fact Harvest hates getting into fights. He always tries to find ways to avoid combat or, if he does end up in a fight, end it quickly. He'll typically use his immense bulk to subdue opponents and frighten them off. Harvest is a pretty heckin' big chonker. He's definitely above average for a Harvest Dragon in mass. In general, Harvest is a chill, docile character who will only hurt others in the event that it is absolutely necessary. Though perhaps not outwardly social, he is known to be sweet to those he makes a connection with. Those he's closest to he will defend with his life.
