Guardian Dragons have large shields on the end of their tails. Although the shields appear to be heavy, they are light, yet nearly unbreakable. Guardian Dragons use their tail-shields, as well as their wings, to deflect attacks and protect others. Often, they will guard the eggs and hatchlings of a nest while others are away. They are generally peaceful, and will not retaliate unless necessary. They have no need to forage or hunt, as they are fed by those they protect.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

This Guardian is of a darker shade of blue, his body is taller, no, longer than that of most Guardians, and he seems to have more slender wings. His eyebrows always rest in a frown and his eyes are half-closed, as if he is about to fall asleep. Others may have called Celt sullen or slow, but do not be fooled by his calm appearance; not a Drosophila Melanogaster (or fruit fly) can enter the cave without being noticed by Celt's keen senses. He likes to keep to the background and never meddles with others' business, but this does not mean he doesn't keep track of everybody's exact moves. He just likes peace and quiet, and will only turn to violence if his wife or children, who mean the world to him, are being threatened. <br/>The cave they live in actually lies in Shoogle's territory, but Shoogle does not mind sharing it with them, as the proud Silver and quiet Guardian get along fine. Celt's daughter Cagairea and Shoogle's son Shooglenifty get along even better though.
