Copper Dragons are masters of stealth, slipping silently and swiftly through the forests and jungles where they live. Often hunting in groups, their prey rarely know they are being stalked until the dragon’s at their throat. In the air they are agile and skilled. Copper Dragons prize family groups, spending large amounts of time teaching their young skills. So great is their love of life and family that they will sometimes adopt orphaned dragons of other breeds to raise.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Laccase can't be trusted to finish anything on time. She always looks for an excuse not to complete her duties or to explain why she's late again and so on. It's a wonder she's given any duties in the first place. She has a colorful imagination for telling lies, and she's an excellent storyteller to the young dragons. Being children's entertainment is the only thing she can ever do, but it means she's still useful and doesn't just take resources. The clan is situated quite far north, so in the summer, the sun never goes far enough below the horizon at the end of the day for its light to completely go away. The closest to night there is twilight, not true night. During summer, Laccase's excuse of choice for skipping work or procrastinating is "I'll do it tonight", knowing full well that "tonight" could take weeks to arrive.
