Bright-Breasted Wyverns are a breed of dragon easily recognized by their bright red markings. They are a small breed, only the size of a full-grown man. However, they have developed poisonous barbs on their feet to make up for their size. Their coloration is used to warn off potential predators of the danger, and is also used to attract mates. They are very social, and can often be seen preening in large groups.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Although Thunga has relied on her toxic barbs many times for defense, she does not enjoy close combat at all. Too risky. She feels that her feet should be a last resort, especially against enemies with hard scales or who may be resistant to her venom. During long breaks from her duties, she's looked for ways to face someone from a safe, long distance, and soon, she found her solution: have someone else be her meat shield, namely, the fuzzy (figuratively), friendly frostbite who regularly visits her territory. Maybe Thunga's manipulative, or she paid him handsomely, or her social skills are that good, but she did something to get him on her side. Perhaps she just asked nicely. Anyway, the other bright-breasted wyverns rarely see her anymore, and when they do, she's astride the giant of a dragon, rubbing necks and sharing overly-sweet talk.
