Striped Dragons come in a dazzling array of colors complemented by an intricate pattern of stripes. These bright colors and patterns help attract their favorite food, insects. Because their prey is so tiny, striped dragons must spend a large portion of their day eating. The color of the offspring is usually determined by the dragon’s mate.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Shapaur sat under the windowsill where the freshly baked cookies lay, but did not dare raise his head any further. The cook and a number of her helpers were still inside the kitchen and busy as they were, they were bound to see him if he tried to steal from a tray. Grumbling in discontent Shapaur laid his head across his forelegs to wait for the kitchen to empty.

He woke up with a start to find the sky had turned dark. In his horror he abandoned all worries of being seen and quickly rose to his feet to look at the windowsill, but the trays of baked goods were gone. Shapaur fell backwards and began to spasm with disappointment and frustration, but a delicious smell soon caught his attention and snapped him out of it.

Rolling over onto his stomach Shapaur noticed a very small pile of cookies on the doorstep a little further down from the window. With great delight Shapaur bounded over and devoured the lot, watched from the upstairs windows by the laughing cook and her staff.
