Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Taco was one of the unfortunate hatchlings named by Deel, the clan's less-than-professional name giver. He's spent his life being mocked and ridiculed because of his name, leading to him becoming one of the cruelest, bitterest and most resentful dragons in the clan. He's dedicated his life to getting revenge on Deel, usually in the form of poisonous tacos that he leaves in the name giver's lair. Unfortunately for Taco, Deel isn't an idiot, and the ploy has yet to work. But one day it will. Taco is sure of it.
