Crystalline Dragons are a northern breed with icy skin and a ferocious temperament. Their scales are highly reflective and translucent, giving their hides a characteristic “ice crystal” appearance. Large and solitary, they roam mountainsides, tundras, and frozen wastes searching for food and occasionally mates. They have expansive territories and don’t generally roam far outside. If two similarly sized Crystalline Dragons do encounter each other, a vicious and explosive fight is soon to ensue.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

The spitting image of her cantankerous mother, Glacia, Glass is an ice cold Crystalline with a lot of angst to her. She doesn't enjoy the company of others and will scare off anyone who comes near her with a threatening swipe or use of Ice Magic. Glass isn't really violent, though. In fact, she hates blood and gore more than anything else, even freeze drying her prey before she eats it. Though threatening, Glass has never actually seriously tried to hurt someone and leaves all hunting matters to her mother. Her edgy persona is more of a mask as well. She knows the tragic story of her father, how he destroyed his own village and ran into the mountains out of shame, and feels very sorry for him. But she's too stubborn to admit these feelings and further masks this by ignoring her father or chasing him off whenever he tries to get close to her. She isn't sure why she's like this and typically blames it on her breed, but the truth is she just really doesn't want to make the same mistakes.
