Frilled Dragons are smaller than most other breeds, but when threatened, they stretch out their wings and frills to appear larger. They generally do not like to fight and prefer hiding to confrontation. Frilled dragons live in small groups and often band together to scare off potential threats. Males also use their frills as a way to attract mates, with those displaying the “best” frills being more likely to breed.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Mpingo's parents settled in Sierra-V for a couple of decades to raise him. He chose to stay, and if they hadn't moved on, they would be disappointed with his disposition and life decisions. He works for the ruler of the land as her royal advisor and most proficient henchman. He's the only royal advisor since Sierra-V is not a monarchy and the only henchman because the boss doesn't like the sound of "henchman" but allowed him to use that title anyway. She's the self-titled ruler and head diplomat, so it's only fair Mpingo can choose, too. His quirks don't make him any less proficient at his job. He travels through the prefectures monthly with little trouble and has evaded attempts on his life by talking his way out, slipping away like an eel, or just beating the assailants silly. Mother and Father didn't raise a cowardly son. (Though Mother would be unhappy with how far in the other direction he went.) He delivers his reports to the ruler on time no matter the holdups in the process.
