Moonstone Dragons are named after the orb on their tails, which resembles the gem of the same name. They are nocturnal and gather energy through the absorption of moonlight with their orbs. They seem to glow with a lunar light and are a very gentle breed, feeding off of plants and the moons’ power.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Banco likes to tell fairytales about the ancient elemental spirits, progenitors of the elements themselves. The children of Lloyprij will gather around and beg her to tell these stories (most of which are probably untrue), and she will. Her favorite tale is about the spirit of light, whom she considers a personification of the sun. Once upon a time, it fell in love with the spirit of air. The spirit of darkness became jealous, and used magic to force the air spirit to forget about the air spirit. The light spirit tried everything to fix it, and—so the story goes—to this day, showers the air spirit with blue-petaled myosotis flowers—also known as forget-me-not—to try and make her remember. The countless flowers form a sheet across the sky, blurring together to make the familiar blue. The darkness spirit, a slave to its own jealousy, destroys the blossoms as fast as possible, causing the black sky of night. The way Banco tells it presents a moral about how jealousy never pays.
